ORDER & STORE POLICY
All our collections are pre-order (3–4 weeks).
We do not accept urgent orders.
Color variation may occur due to photography lighting. Therefore, exchanges or returns due to color differences are not accepted. The videos posted on our page are directly from the vendor/manufacturer, so slight editing or color variation may occur.
Customers are advised to read the post description carefully before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
PARCEL OPENING POLICY
A parcel opening video is compulsory for any complaints regarding damage, missing items, color issues, or wrong items received.
- The video must be uncut and clear, starting from showing the parcel from all sides with the To & From addresses clearly visible, until the product is fully opened.
- Complaints will not be accepted without a valid opening video.
- Blurred, edited, or unclear videos will not be approved.
- The video must clearly show the front, back, and sides of the parcel.
If the parcel appears opened, taped, or damaged, please notify us immediately, as we do not tape our parcels. Kindly check the parcel thoroughly upon receiving it.
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, along with the required video proof.
RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds, returns, or exchanges for color, size, or length issues.
Please ensure you select the correct size and check the product length carefully before placing your order.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.
As an online store, exchanges are not permitted.
If there is a genuine issue, the item must be returned to us within 2 days after confirmation.
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
